Abstract
The main aim of the present investigation was to study the impact of computer-aided learning programme (CALP) on Mathematics achievement of 8th class students. For conducting this study, a sample of 490 upper primary (8th class) school students was selected by adopting incidental sampling technique. Data were collected from 8th class students with the help of self-developed Mathematics Achievement Test by the researchers. Means, S.D. and t-test were used for analysis of data. The findings of the study revealed that the students of non-CAL schools scored significantly higher in Mathematics as compared to the students studying in CAL schools. Further, it was concluded that the Mathematics achievement of 8th class students studying in CAL and non-CAL schools of non-tribal districts was more or less the same. Implications of the study have been discussed in the end of the paper.
