Abstract
Every individual has a fundamental right to seek good quality of education right from the pre-primary level till one wishes to continue education. Every individual is entitled for basic literacy in an environment free from fear, irrespective of caste, creed, race, religion or culture. Quality of education is essential for real learning and human progress. Quality of education is an indicator of the progress and prosperity of the nation as a whole. The nation moves ahead if it has good quality education catering to the individual needs of the all the students of the country
