Abstract
Leadership and Management are two crucial pillars in any organization, be it a business enterprise, a non-profit organization, or an educational institution. In the context of educational settings, the incorporation of leadership management modules has significant attention owing to its potential to enhance communication skills students. The Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) program is an essential stepping stone for individuals who wish to become teachers. It equips them with the necessary pedagogical knowledge, teaching methodologies, and classroom management skills. This experimental study will explore the effectiveness of leadership management course in enhancing communication skills among B.Ed. students. A sample of 70 B.Ed. students from Pillai College of Education and Research, Chembur were taken for this study. A research study used descriptive analysis, measures of central tendency, inferential analysis for data collection. The findings reveal there is significant relationship between the leadership management course and communication skills.
