Abstract
Education has changed from implying that the students we teach are tabula rasa[1] or blank slate. It means to draw out the innate abilities of a child, and prepare him or her for the future. This definition doesn’t take into account what it means for all the stake holders in education. The study of what Quality in education means is important as it directs how and what was, is and will be taught and learned. This paper explores the idea of quality. Despite, the Indian education system’s idealism, the number of educated unemployed is stark[2] at 10% in 2022-232. This paper makes the conscious person be able to understand the demands of parents, students, teachers, management and society.
