Abstract Microbes are called natural cleaner of nature. Isolate Enterococcus casseliflavus CMGS-1 strain isolated from soil of textile dyes treatment unit Solapur, Maharashtra, showed excellent results in the decolorisation of different textile dyes in the mixed solution. For the decolorisation study we selected five different kinds of Reactive dyes which are widely used in textile industries and mixed in the equal concentration in such way that final concentration of dyes is not more than 100 mg/L in mineral salt medium.
